IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU!

After an initial assessment including posture, flexibility and movement, we determine the optimal type of exercise for you.   I am just like you - busy and wanting best results for minimal time so we chat about your goals and what I think you need to do to get there.

If you are at the beginning of your exercise journey or returning after a hiatus, we design a program to correct any imbalances in strength or movement before transitioning you to a program tailored to your specific goals.  A program can be designed for home, travel, or to support your existing exercise classes or gym training – with or without equipment.


Programs can be designed for

-Yoga

- Improved flexibility – using massage balls, foam rollers and various stretching techniques.

- Improved body shape, strength and core

- Improved posture, balance & confidence.
