Let your exercise be a tribute to all your body has got you through.
— Bek Di Mauro

As everything heads South after the age of 40 (thanks gravity),

your best defence against everything looking saggy is muscle.  How do you get muscle?  You need to move some load and unless you are a furniture removalist it’s likely that what you are doing everyday is NOT ENOUGH!  I repeat walking is NOT ENOUGH!

Walking will not help you have better posture and will not help you prevent everything sagging.  Now we can’t do a whole lot about the skin sagging.  Yes we can fight free radical and sun damage but there will be a loss of collagen/elastin that is inevitable but, guess what?  Everything looks less saggy with some muscle tone pushing that skin out.

No I am not all about aesthetics but it does matter to me.  I want to look AND feel my best.  Exercise forms a big part of that.  What kind of exercise?

  • Resistance Training

  • Yoga

  • Walking

Everyone will have their own view but, with 25 years of professional experience and now inhabiting a 51 year old body on the cusp of menopause-my opinion holds some weight (pun intended).

I know the kind of training that the average peri/menopausal woman needs to optimise posture, avoid injury, increase muscle tissue and feel strong and confident in her body.  I’m here to help.

How can we work together?

I want to make it easy.  Whether you are a beginner or have a history of exercise I have something to help:
